We have done a professional translation of large parts of the online shop in German and French and are constantly working on the translation of newsletters and new product descriptions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
WeGlobalize handles the complete customer service for the German and French version of the site by phone and e-mail.
Requirements such as "local customer service with native speakers" and "working in the customer service system of the customer" (incl. Amazon requests) are implemented.
RETURNS SOLUTION & Trust Mark
Customers from France and Germany do not have to send their returns to Bulgaria - we have local returns addresses.
Collectively we then send the processed returns back to Bulgaria.
We are currently preparing the integration of a German trust mark in order to set a further example.
